Holly Reynolds came highly recommended to us as a realtor from a trusted family member. We spoke with Holly and then met with her at my mother’s home. She provided objective data regarding how many homes she and the agency she is associated with successfully and quickly sell, explained the state of the real estate market today and had done her homework prior to our meeting; having brought comp information of homes that sold in our area over the last 30 days. Holly was friendly and patient taking her time answering our multitude of questions. We were concerned that my mother’s home would be a difficult sell because it was quite dated and we didn’t know how we would be able to empty the house of all its contents on our own. The thought of how difficult it was going to be to get my mother’s home in sellable condition was overwhelming. However, Holly made the entire process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors do not (but should) such as contacting a reputable home clean-out company to clear out the house for us. She wisely suggested making certain repairs to the house so it would be more appealing to potential buyers. She recommended a house cleaning service and arranged for professional photographs to be taken. She was available to us literally 24/7 - always responding to us immediately. The house went on the market on a Friday afternoon and by the end of the weekend we had 7 bids all over asking price. This would have never happened had it not been for Holly’s knowledge, professionalism and exceptional work ethic. I would not think twice to recommend Holly to anyone. Holly set the bar very high in my eyes – I believe it would be very difficult for most realtors to match her capabilities.

After a casual conversation about my rent increase in Center City, Amin completely opened my eyes to the potential of buying a home in Philadelphia; something I did not believe was possible.

Siobhan and I met at a networking event a few years back. I could have never anticipated then what a valuable person she would be to have on our team when it came time to buy a home.

We had started to work with Siobhan early in 2020. She accommodated us with video phone calls, digital docu-signing, and a robust MLS search.
